Cure Eczema: 4 Home Remedies To Cure Eczema

There are millions of eczema sufferers who run from one doctor to another in search of ‘good’ prescription drugs. What they do is simply waste their money and time. Don’t be one of them! In this article I will tell you how to cure eczema for cheap, using some of the best home remedies that I bet you might never have thought of!

1. Did you know that nutmeg has curative powers that can alleviate eczema? All you need is just rub nutmeg against a smooth and clean stone, with a few drops of water. This will create a nutmeg paste for you. Simply apply that paste on your skin.

2. We all use turmeric powder in foods. What you may not know is that turmeric powder can cure eczema too! Simply combine one tablespoonful of turmeric powder with one tablespoonful of neem leaves and grind them together. Then apply that paste on your skin.

3. Camphor and sandalwood are other ingredients that can cure eczema. Simply mix one teaspoonful of camphor with an equal amount of sandalwood paste and apply the paste on the rashes. Do this for a few days and see how easily you can get rid of eczema!

4. There are some other home remedies you can use to cure eczema. For example, Vitamin E in its natural form is good for the skin and when you apply it on the affected area; it will relieve you of painful itching and inflammation. Another good remedy is zinc. Oral consumption of zinc has been found to be very effective in curing eczema. If you don’t want to consume zinc orally you can apply it instead on your affected skin. It is equally effective in both cases.

Some people seem to have the misconception that once they change their diet, they will be able to get rid of eczema. You cannot be further from the truth, because eczema is not caused by food or a certain diet pattern. Of course certain foods can trigger skin allergy, but eczema is more often than not hereditary. If you have a family history of eczema then it is only natural that you too will suffer from the same disease. However, if you are allergic to certain foods, such as dairy products, eggs, nuts, preservatives and citrus fruits, you may discontinue or limit their intake.

The above list is not exhaustive. There are many other home remedies which are even more powerful than the ones described above. For more information on how to cure eczema, [adrotate banner=”19″]
