Use minimal soap on your skin, and make sure the water is lukewarm. I would also suggest that you soak your skin in water for about twenty minutes as this will make your skin wet. After bathing, you should pat dry your body with a towel but do so mildly. Never rub the towel on your skin as that can cause skin inflammation and can trigger eczema. And don’t forget to apply moisturizer on your skin immediately after bathing.
