Terms:
"You" here represents the Client, and "I" am the Freelancer/Creator/Writer.
Work terms for ORIGINAL CONTENT and REWRITES: I will need an upfront payment for the number of articles/words you want me to write/re-write for you .
DELIVERY/TURNAROUND TIME: The average turnaround time for orders can range from 3-4 days to 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the order and my existing order queue (which is processed on a “first come, first serve” basis). I don’t work on Sundays. If you want your articles to be delivered faster than the normal turnaround time, please select the "Yes I want fast delivery" option when ordering. I will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver the work to you by the agreed date and will notify you of any anticipated delay before I commence ANY kind of work on your project, at which point you may (unless the delay is due to your fault) cancel the order (with upfront payment refunded, if any).
REVISIONS/ALTERATIONS: If you are not happy with my work, then I can offer you free revisions until you are happy. Note that your revision requests should not differ a lot from your original request otherwise the same may not be entertained without extra payment. Revisions not due to my fault will be billed separately. If revisions are required after you have accepted my work, a separate payment will be levied over the original/agreed amount.
WARRANTY of QUALITY and ORIGINALITY: By default, all content created by me are proofread thoroughly and checked through either Copyscape™ or Plagium™ before sending them to my clients. I warrant and represent that, to the best of my knowledge, the work created by me is original and has not been previously published anywhere else; that all work or portions thereof obtained through third parties (if any) is original or, if previously published, that consent to use the same has been obtained; that I have full authority to make this agreement; and that the work created by me does not contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter. This warranty does not extend to any usage that you or others may make of my work that may infringe on the rights of others. You expressly agree that you will hold me harmless for all liability caused by your usage of my content to the extent that such usage infringes on the rights of others.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be granted at my sole discretion. I don’t offer refunds on work that’s been completed within the deadline set at the time of the order. It takes a lot of time and research to write an article and even if I offer you a refund, what’s keeping you from using the content anyways? As digital stuff cannot be returned by mail, therefore refund requests for the same cannot be entertained.
ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between you and me regarding your projects. By ordering from me you warrant that you have read and understood the terms set forth in this agreement and agree to abide by the same in good faith.
