Top 7 Natural Treatments For Acne Scars!

Due to the progress in technology and medical science, a lot of treatments have been introduced for acne scar removal treatment. Trouble is, these chemical-based treatments often harm the skin due to their use of synthetic products! Obviously, you don’t want to do any more harm to your skin, which is why it is your best option to use only 100% natural treatments, something that I am going to discuss about in this article.

Tomatoes and Cucumber: I have a confession to make, I love tomatoes even more than cucumbers. Anyway, that is irrelevant to the discussion. What is relevant is that tomatoes are rich in antioxidant properties, therefore, they help build the skin tissue up so as to prevent any more damage of the skin tissue. When mixed with cucumber, tomatoes also help to tighten the skin pores and restore the suppleness and elasticity of the skin.

The treatment is very easy. First of all, you should grind and blend both tomatoes and cucumbers to form a paste-like mixture! Then, wash your face thoroughly, and make sure there is not even a hint of any oily substance, or any kind of ointment, or makeup, on your face. Then gently message the mixture on the affected area; leave it there for half an hour, after which you can wash your face off!

Tea Tree Oil: Tea Tree Oil from Australia is often used to make soaps. If you cannot get the original oil, then you can buy the soap! Another natural remedy for acne scars is Neem from India; again, the Neem paste is used to make soaps and other skin care products. Both the tea tree oil of Australia and the Neem of India are rich in powerful elements that can fight against acne infection and bacteria!

Sandalwood: To reduce irritation and inflammation of skin, there is hardly any better alternative to the natural ‘cooling’ properties of sandalwood. Mix sandalwood with black gram and rose water (or milk, in case you have got no rosewater) to form a paste. You should ideally apply this paste on your skin at bedtime, so that it can stay on your skin for an entire night; on the following morning, you can wash your face with water!

Egg Whites: The next time you boil an egg, leave the egg white before while eating it. You can use these egg whites to create a facemask; the nutrients contained in the eggs whites is an excellent treatment for both acne scars and pimples!

Wheat Germ: This somewhat sweet natural food contains all the nutrients necessary to nourish the skin. Acne and acne scar distort and damage the skin to such an extent that in order to restore the skin to its former state, it is important to apply the regular treatment of wheat germ.

Baking Soda: Baking soda is used to exfoliate the scarry tissues from the skin when you undergo the dermabrasion treatment. Fortunately, you don’t need to spend money on dermabrasion; you can do it at home. Mix baking soda (not more than one tablespoonful) with water to make a paste out of it, gently message the paste on your skin, leave the paste on your skin for around an hour, then wash the area with water. To restore the suppleness, tightness and smoothness of your skin, you would want to use a natural moisturizer such as olive oil after the baking soda treatment!

Lemon: The acidic elements contained in lemon juice help to break and exfoliate the acne scars so that newer, healthier skin tissues can grow in its place. You should squeeze the juice out of a lemon, and then use a cotton ball or swab to apply the juice on the affected area; if it stings too much, then add some water to dilute it if necessary! Lemon, being rich in Vitamin C, is excellent for your skin; likewise, you can also eat other fruits rich in Vitamin C, such as orange, pineapple, papaya, etc.
