4 Easy Ways to Get Rid of Acne Blemishes Forever

You think you are the only one with skin issues? If yes, you better think again. Almost every chemist’s shop is filled up with a vast number of cosmetics, which itself is proof of the fact that many people do have skin issues or at least care about their skin. Caring for your skin and doing your best to maintain it is very much crucial; failing to do the same can cause skin disorders such as acne, allergies, rashes, etc. I know how annoying it can be when you have to go to a party or a night out with some friends and have those pimples on your cheeks, back, chest, etc. In this article I will talk about four ways to get rid of acne blemishes forever.

Before I discuss about ways to get rid of acne, you need to understand why acne occurs. As a matter of fact, our skin produces a special secretive oil in order to moisturize our skin. When this oil gets produced in an excess amount, dirt and dead skin cells can clog the hair follicles of our skin. When this happens, pimples, rashes and blemishes start appearing on your face. It is not easy to get rid of these rashes either; you would notice that just when you thought you had cleared the rashes on your face, a few others start appearing on your chest, back, etc.

Sure there are a lot of acne treatment products available on the shelf of any cosmetic shop, but which one is for you? You cannot use just about any acne treatment product; after all, there are specific products meant for sensitive and aggressive skin types. If you use a product that is meant for aggressive skin and your skin happens to be a sensitive one, it can cause issues such as skin irritation, inflammation, itchiness, etc. The reverse is also true. Along with choosing the right acne product for yourself, it is equally important that you try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating right and working out regularly.

With that said, here are some of the ways you can make your acne blemishes vanish from your skin:

Tip#1: Keep your hair clean: If you notice acne pimples along the roots of your hair, it means that your hair is either not clean enough or full of perspiration; or maybe, you oil your hair too often. In any case, you can use a good shampoo regularly to get rid of the excess oil, dirt, dust and perspiration – all in ONE easy sweep!

Tip#2: Keep your skin oil-free: If you thought that you cannot get rid of the excess oil produced by your skin’s sebaceous glands, you are dead wrong! As a matter of fact, you can use just about any gentle face wash for the purpose. DO NOT use soaps as they are far from gentle and would make our acne condition worse; also, do not use any scrubs or exfoliators as they can exacerbate the skin irritation even further.

Tip#3: Do not poke the pimples: It is very tempting to scratch, poke or prick a pimple, especially an itchy one, but believe me, the more you do it, the more you make your condition bad.

Tip#4: Avoid oily cosmetics: Some cosmetics can make your skin oily even if you have a dry skin. Examples of such cosmetic products include sunscreen or sun-blocker lotions, hair-styling cosmetics or any other off-the-shelf hair lotion. It is best if you can totally avoid their use, but if you can’t, at least make it a point to wash them off your skin daily. For more information, [adrotate banner=”3″]
