3. Always eat moderately. Do you know that a diet which is rich in protein and fat can also increase the blood glucose levels in your body, if you consume too much of such foods? The key is to exercise moderation. While you should consume low amount of carbohydrates, this doesn’t mean that you should consume excessive amounts of fat and protein. As a rule, if you want to have fatty foods, you should choose only foods which have saturated fats, as well as try to abstain yourself from alcohol.
In short, performing regular workouts, eating a low-fat diet and abstaining from alcohol will help controlling the harmful effects of type2 diabetes.
