I am being blocked from my own Cpanel:-(

Hello everybody,
If you feel you can’t access any of the following sites:
That is because my host is having a server side problem.Unfortunately,on weekends their office is closed but even then I have shot off no less than 4 emails yesterday. They have replied with:
‘We are looking into this’
Every host has its problem, but it’s something strange I am facing now.I am being barred from my own Cpanel!I can neither access my Cpanel, nor the Ftp,nor my sites. And kindly don’t post support tickets as I have no access to them right now.Hey,I also have no access to my emails. It is as if I have been blocked by my own site.

Kiosk is best as a host, but their BW limit(15GB)is insufficient for me,considering that I need at least a minimum of 20GB BW.

Rest assured that I am fighting off this menace.Hopefully, everything will be restored to normal within a week.If that doesn’t happen I will purchase a new host.

I know some of you have paid for services and products which you have not yet received due to this sudden mishap.I apologise to you all and promise to bring out a solution to it as soon as possible.
All I ask from you is patience and understanding at this critical moment.

Sorry to hear about your hosting problems. If you’re doing any volume of business I think it’s a good idea to have a backup host. As well as being a safeguard against server problems, it also gives you an alternative if you exceed your bandwidth limit. I think you can have up to 5 nameservers, so you can have 2 pointing to your main host and 2 pointing to your backup host.

I have an Incognito Networks reseller lite account. You can resell to yourself, so you can have unlimited domain names on the one account. You get 4GB space and 30GB bandwidth for $9.99 a month. There are more expensive options if you need more. If you don’t want a reseller account you can have 1GB space and 25GB bandwidth for $4.99 a month.

I am not saying they are perfect. About a month ago the server I am hosted on was down for about 36 hours. They say they have now put in a mirror disk so if the problem recurs the outage should only be about 1 hour. They respond reasonably quickly to support queries, and they do solve problems.

I meant to say in that last comment that when the server was down I got similar symptoms to the ones you are getting.
